A project in the Red Cedar River watershed was recently completed focused on three objectives;

1) To study socio-economic conditions in the watershed to better understand the diverse values of clean water;
2) To conduct detailed water quality monitoring and modeling to better understand the water quality dynamics and responses of the Red Cedar River system; and
3) To increase and improve outreach and education about the interactions between land, water and people in the watershed. This presentation summarizes and discusses the results of this project and how they can be used to help inform approaches to improving conditions in the watershed.
