In Wisconsin we have a range of tools we can use when facing shoreland challenges such as high water levels. These tools include shoreland zoning, the healthy lakes and rivers program, shore armoring, and flood insurance. This panel will describe how these tools can work together to address shoreland challenges, as well as current conflicts between the tools.
